Pictures shows Bob on a hike in Colorado with his two sons and in the Commander’s seat of a space shuttle mockup.

Bob began his academic career at Queen’s University in Canada in 1988, and moved to Texas State University (formerly Southwest Texas State) in 1993. During this time, he has had the privilege of working with a number of outstanding students and colleagues, many of whom are listed on this website.

Outside of work, Bob really enjoys choral and classical music, and going on nice walks including hiking when possible with his wife, and two sons who both now live in Colorado.
