We had a nice visit from Jiseon Yang, a postdoc with Cheryl Nickerson at Arizona State University. Jiseon and Starla, who are leading the experimental work on biofilm formation in microgravity, are shown with Bob and his wife Martha.

Starla also was named the outstanding PhD student in the College of Science and Engineering. In recognition of this, Starla, Bob, and Graduate Dean Golato wore red. They are also pictured with Dean Hailey of the College of Science and Engineering.
